Hello 696! We hope your Memorial Day Weekend was a good one. We’ve got a slow week upcoming.

Here’s what’s going on:

TUESDAY
Happy trivia Tuesday! Tonight we’re playing Babalouie’s Sports Bar from Bonney Lake. We’re undefeated! Trivia starts at 7pm, help us win!

WEDNESDAY
It’s BINGO night at the Eags! Come grab a pack of cards, a dauber, and a dog off the roller and celebrate the beautiful marriage of wiener Wednesday and Bingo Night! Pre-bingo fun starts at 5pm, bingo starts at 6pm, and wieners are $3 as always.

Bingo has CHANGED! We’ve cut games and made everything less complicated. We’ve got bigger pots, only 10 games, and easier designs. We’re getting less “bingo hall” and more “bar bingo.” We’re excited about the changes. Bring your pals and win some cash!

THURSDAY
It’s poker night! Come play $40 buy-in, no re-buy Texas Hold’em. It’s a fun night open to any Eagles member (you must have your card to play.)

MONDAY
Come join us for pull-tab happy hour. Drinks are $0.50 off and if you win the big prize on the selected game, we’ll DOUBLE your winnings. All this fun from 5-7pm.

UPCOMING
We’re nearing the end of our current year cards. All membership cards will expire on 5/31/2026. If you still haven’t renewed, please do so at your earliest convenience and remember we’ve got almost 1100 members and it’s a lot of work packed into a few weeks. The Grand Aerie sent out an incorrect dues amount for Auxiliary members. It should be $36 instead of $15. If you’ve paid the $15 amount, the Auxiliary secretary will be reaching out to collect the rest.

Roslyn Ladies Night is coming up on Thursday, June 18th. Downtown will be alive with vendors, food & drink specials, music and fun. We’ll have an espresso martini special that night along with husband daycare (poker night.) Mark your calendars!

We’re having our very first Summer Sleepaway Camp on July 11th - 13th at Eagle Valley campground. We’ve reserved a mix of RV sites and tents. Please call Eagle Valley at 509-674-7762 to reserve. Tell them you’re with the Roslyn Eagles so we can all be close.

A NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear Aerie members,

The Aerie is ready to install the 2026-2027 officers. I’d like to thank our soon-to-be past officers Ed Benson, Aaron Littlejohn, Weslie Moore, and Jenn Wasiczko for their hard work and dedication. Each officer volunteered their time and energy to make sure we have a functioning club. It takes a lot to keep the club operating. Some of the things that are done on our behalf are maintaining a 100-year-old building, staffing the social room, making sure we have a clean social room, and making sure the club is complying with all State laws and Aerie rules. These are just a fraction of what the officers do for the club. All the current and former officers are dedicated to keeping your Aerie strong.

I would like to thank all our volunteers who showed up for the Roslyn Cemetery clean up. A special thank you to Cindy Austin, Ken Dorn, Alice Green, Jaimie Park, Marty Kapsh and Heather May who served 100 hamburgers to cemetery clean-up volunteers. Thank you Jaimie Park and Ken Dorn our “Winner Winner” crew on Wednesday nights (and also for their tireless bingo volunteerism.) There will be more opportunities to volunteer in the future so keep your eyes open.

On June 4th during our Aerie meeting, we will be accepting nominations for Aerie Vice President. You must be a member in good standing and attend in person to nominate yourself. If you cannot attend in person, you can also mail your nomination acceptance to the secretary at: Roslyn Eagles PO BOX 331, Roslyn Washington 98941 or email [email protected]. If written, your nomination acceptance must be received by the secretary before 6pm on June 4th.

Thank you Eddie Austin

We’ve got a ton of great music coming up!

We hope you have a great week! See ya at the club!
